Feeds a crowd! Chicken, turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, lettuce, tomato & green onions.

Ingredients

    Directions

    Step1

    Preheat broiler to toast bread. Chop cooked chicken, turkey, bacon and green onion and place it all in a large mixing bowl. I cook my bacon in the oven on a baking sheet at 400 degrees turning it every few minutes until golden and then drain it on a paper towel.

    Step2

    Add 1 cup of ranch dressing to the meat mixture stirring until combined. Then add in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese stirring again until combined.

    Step3

    Slice lettuce into ribbons. Roll some of the lettuce leaves together then thinly slice them. Slice tomatoes.

    Step4

    Slice open the loaf of French bread and toast the cut side. Once the bread has been toasted sprinkle the remaining one cup of cheddar cheese on both sides of the bread. Put the bread back into the broiler for a minute or two until cheese is melted.

    Step5

    Add lettuce and tomatoes to the bottom.

    Step6

    Then add in all of the meat and cheese mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Step7

    Slice into desired sizes.
